Who We Are

RoadMode is an early product prototype for safer parent-supervised learner-driver practice. The website is operated from the United Kingdom.

What We Collect Now

The current public website is a static demo. It does not currently create user accounts, take payments, store route history, run analytics, or collect personal data through a backend service.

Contact Emails

If you email us, we will receive your email address, name if included, and the message you send. We use that information to reply to you and keep a basic record of the conversation.

Future Payments

If RoadMode adds paid packs, payments should be handled by a payment provider such as Stripe. Card details should be processed by the payment provider rather than stored by RoadMode.

Future Location And Route Data

If RoadMode later adds real route planning, it may need a postcode, approximate location, route choice, session length, and selected lesson focus. The product should collect the minimum data needed and make saved route history optional.

Cookies

The current static website does not intentionally set marketing or analytics cookies. If analytics, ads, or affiliate tracking are added later, this policy and the cookie controls should be updated first.

Your Rights

UK data protection law may give you rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain uses of your personal data. To ask about your data, contact hello@roadmode.app.

Safety And Children

RoadMode is designed for supervising adults and learner drivers. It should not be used by the learner while driving.
